Apply Now Your Opportunity As an Anaplan Model Builder at Smithfield Foods, you will be a key member in the team that implements Anaplan solutions across the Finance organization and maintains existing builds. With a dedication to build upon your existing Anaplan model builder skillset, you will partner with various functional areas of the company to design and implement models to forecast, plan, and budget for multiple segments of the company. Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain existing and enhancing modules within Finance and other business functions.Collaborate with business team to help support user stories, sprint requirements, and documentations for Anaplan projects.Understand and convert excel based planning and budgeting into dynamic connected Anaplan models where information can be shared across the organization.Support the domestic team by sharing best practices in model building and providing expert level support.Provide model updates to accommodate data and systems for accuracy.Partner with Data Analytics as needed for data integration and ensure information is shared across the organization as needed.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, required.Must have 1 year of Anaplan model building or equivalent experience implementing large enterprise-wide solutions.Completed both level 1 and level 2 model building courses.At least 2-3 years of experience in FP&A or operations or consulting .Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent problem solving, attention to details, and analytical skills are preferred.Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing business environment.Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.Ability to work cross-functionally and be adaptive to new business processes, technologies, and environment.Self-motivating.Traveling requirement: 10%.EEO/AA InformationSmithfield is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
