JOB SUMMARY:

 

Provides first line supervisory capabilities within the Security/Courier Services Department to meet and achieve organizational goals and departmental objectives.


Submits accurate written reports and documents findings of investigations.
Greets and provides assistance to patients, visitors, and employees at entrances and exits.
Provides effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel.


REQUIREMENTS:


Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience; 5+ years of experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License with ability to be cleared by Fleet Safety (driving record review required).
Maryland Security Officer Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
IAHSS Supervisor Certification preferred, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
American Heart Association CPR Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
