We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and QualificationsProvides direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, all regulatory, facility and unit-specific policy and procedure;Works as a team member ensuring high levels of communication with patients;Consults with nursing leadership as needed to achieve desired nursing outcomes;Provides nursing care in all unitsDocuments data in electronic records in real time.Other duties as assignedDemonstrates working knowledge of AIDET, utilizing with each patient interactionRegular, reliable attendance is required to ensure the highest level of patient careFollows hospital safety and quality standards and expectations, as it pertains to job performance and patient careWhat qualifications you will need:Graduate of Professional School of Nursing, BSN or ADN requiredENPC & PALS within 1 year of hire2+ years critical care required (ICU, ED, PACU)Missouri RN Licensure; Current BLSACLS w/in 90 days of hireTNCCORATCN within 1 year of hireBelton Regional Medical Center is an 80+ bed acute care facility. We are located in Belton and serve southern Jackson and northern Cass counties. We are one of 10 HCA Healthcare Midwest Health System hospitals in Kansas City.
