Core ResponsibilitiesLoads and unloads product and places it into the brine and chiller to get to required temperatures.Takes chill temperatures and accurately fills out required Food Safety and Quality paperwork.Weights and verifies logs and inputs product information into computer scale.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
