Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily production schedules, ensuring the operational status of the metal detector, and verifying the accuracy of codes, case labels, and retail bags. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized and safe packaging areas, ensuring adherence to GMPs, and accurately completing data entry tasks. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in supporting our daily production activities.Responsibilities: Awareness of daily production schedule. Assure that the metal detector is operational. Monitor and control that the daily code, case labels, and retail bags are accurate. Monitor and control that packaging documents are filled out accurately, legibly, and timely. Assure that sufficient packaging materials are available for daily activities (cartons, labels, retail bags, pallets, pallet tags, case tape, etc.) Monitor and control that Packaging areas are maintained organized and safe for performing daily activities. Monitor and control that employees are operating equipment safely and as expected. Ensures that employees are adhering to GMP s (Good Manufacturing Practices). Ensures that all data entry is entered accurately and in a timely manner. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.Qualifications: At least two years of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Ability to read and interpret documents such as production schedules, safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to complete routine reports Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software.
