The Warehouse /Receiving Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving and inventory of all parts and supplies needed to maintain the operational success of IRP at its Camden, NJ facility .This career requires the ability to perform in a fast paced environment, high level of attention to detail, and customer service skills.II.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •    Responsible for quality inspection of parts and materials received on site from vendors and other delivery services to ensure materials and supplies meet the required specifications ordered.•    Determines the correct location on where to stage/store parts and materials. •    Enters parts and materials into Maintain X Maintenance system.•    Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and practices.•    Keeps accurate inventory records and manages quantities of parts and materials on site.•    Notifies the Maintenance Management team of deliveries of specialty ordered items.•    Performs a monthly count and informs the Maintenance Management team of any discrepancies. •    Other job duties as assigned.III.    Required Skills / Abilities •    Basic computer knowledge.•    High attention detail. •    Knowledge of general maintenance materials/supplies used in maintenance repair.•    Ability to work independently as well as a team environment. •    Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. •    Excellent customer service skills.•    Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed upon approval.IV.    Education & Experience•    High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
•    Prior forklift, tele handler and lift truck experience preferred but not required. V.    Other Job DemandsWhile performing the essential functions of this job, the Warehouse/Receiving Clerk will be in an environment of fieldwork. The employee may be working near moving mechanical parts and will be in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud and require ear protection. The employee is required to sit, walk and stand for periods. This job also requires frequent bending, kneeling and standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., working in confined spaces, and ability to work in high/low temperatures. The employee may be required to use a computer for extended periods. Communication will be via telephone, mobile phone, email, text and in-person with others to exchange accurate information
