The Non-Traded Market Risk (NTMR) Transformation team within the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to drive day to day  progress on the NTMR Transformation book of work to ensure on-time delivery through well governed execution that addresses the root cause of challenges and advancement towards the NTMR Target State. The team collaborates with stakeholders across NTMR, Treasury Transformation, other Finance teams and 2nd and 3rd Line review teams in order to achieve our objectives .The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.Responsibilities:Drive execution efforts in the NTMR Transformation book of work to on-time completionEngage with various stakeholders across Treasury and Citi to ensure project objectives are met and all required governance and oversight requirements are metExecute against multiple contending priorities simultaneouslyProactively manage potential challenges to avoid developing into risks or issuesProduce and communicate status reports for Senior Management and Regulatory reviewsEngage with Finance COO and other internal stakeholders with regards to NTMR Transformation effortsEngage with IA on NTMR related audits and transformation effortsIdentify processes for improvement and participate in process reengineering effortsUtilize standard reporting processesQualifications:10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry highly preferredRequires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function.Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.Advanced Microsoft Office skillsIn depth knowledge of banking products / systems highly preferred.Education:Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Finance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Fin Solutions Dsgn & Implement------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Charlotte North Carolina United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$145,840.00 - $218,760.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
