Our Brands Providing individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and families Working with individuals and families in the outpatient office setting, as well as meeting them where they are in the community. Crisis intervention and treatment planning Fully licensed therapists may assist with oversight of clinical service provision for the team. Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families. A flexible schedule is important for this role and allows you to have control over your session planning. Ability to work independently and manage time well. Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals. Master’s degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related fieldAssociate or Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) not required, but must be license eligible.Bilingual in SpanishBasic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft WordAbility to navigate online electronic medical record system (CareLogic)Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency employees.Supervision is provided and required.
