Job DescriptionEnsure the production schedule is followed daily, meeting production and quality goalsResponsible for performing multiple job duties to execute the daily planAbility to operate forklift, and mixing and packaging equipmentHelp with trouble shooting issues with batches, yields, and bagging problemsBe prepared to lead the shift exchange communication for daily review and response activitiesMonitor the workplace for improvements and safety concernsResponsible for ensuring area is kept clean and hazard freeResponsible for participating and managing record keeping, safety, quality and production related activitiesProvide feedback, mentoring, coaching and direct observation of operator performanceOther responsibilities and tasks as assigned by managementMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent1-5 years of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience, or proven proficiencyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to operate a forklift Must have proven proficiency in most aspects of the production/warehouse facilityMust have a valid Washington driver's licenseADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.REF: 88745BR
