Overview
This is a full-time position that will be based out of one of our PA Fulton Bank work locations.
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage complex fiduciary client relationships and accounts with demonstrated proficiency, sound judgement and fiduciary discretion, while serving as relationship manager, advisor and consultant. The incumbent in this position is the primary point of contact for these clients and will coordinate a team of product and service experts to aid in recommending and delivering financial solutions in order to attract, retain and grow these relationships. The incumbent functions independently while managing complex fiduciary oriented relationships (and affluent/core wealth relationships as assigned) and is directly responsible for client retention, satisfaction, admininstration and revenue maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a consistent and integrated client experience through superior execution against Fulton's value proposition for FFA clients. Execute consistent, accurate and timely client service delivery in collaboration with internal partners to meet client expectations and enhance client satisfaction. Develop activities and initiatives to retain and expand client relationships and increase fee revenue to Fulton Financial Advisors.
- Ensure assigned accounts are administered within the terms and conditions of the governing account documents. Complete all required reviews and reports in a timely and accurate manner. Review and analyze assigned accounts for their efficient and effective operation.
- Build client confidence while maintaining trust principals and FFA's fiduciary responsibility. Confer with client contacts and internal partners to respond to inquiries concerning fiduciary services, investments and administrative matters, and address routine problems and requests while referring problems which exceed authority to senior team members
- Review fiduciary documents for accuracy, ensure proper fiduciary and account administration and serve as subject matter expert on specialized fiduciary matters in direct and indirect actions with clients. Provide technical resources for others as needed on fiduciary administration and management functions. Form additional FFA relationships as needed based on client and/or FFA requirements.
- Retain, expand and broaden existing client relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities for Fulton Bank and collaborating across the company to achieve results. Develop relationships within external centers of influence to facilitate an effective referral network of new prospects. Participate in community and business activities to enhance the image and position of Fulton Bank. Provide technical sales support in the development of new business.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Administration, Finance, or other applicable. (Required)
Experience
5 or more years relationship management experience and independently administering fiduciary accounts, or demonstrated fiduciary expertise in a related capacity or as a part of a team. (Required)
Certifications
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). (Preferred)
Juris Doctorate (JD) is a plus.

Pay Transparency

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $84,100.00 - $140,200.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
