Job Overview
Supports T-Mobile for Business by providing strategic training program support, overseeing organizational impacting training programs. These programs support organization wide product launch and sales initiatives, or programs that work across organizations within TFB as well as vendors. May manage the development and implementation process of training programs and projects. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams specific to training SEs, Field Sales teams, Coordinating overall training requirements for TFB, focused on delivering new or updating existing training programs. Supports the business group by providing program management for technical training programs, including: partnering with senior leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs, building out program roadmaps, and providing guidance to project managers and instructional designers. Additional duties include assisting with key business initiatives and training programs. Coordinates team or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. May be called upon to present plans to Sr. leadership in TFB Product or other cross-functional orgs

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops program and project strategies, including execution plans. Leads kick-off, cross-functional reviews, and other program meetings.
  • Creates and manages project teams and cross-functional teams contributing to programs within a functional group, and programs that work across other organizations. Works with other program managers and management to identify and address cross-project dependences.
  • Brings changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices. Manages change within the programs and evaluates risks and assesses potential impacts on program delivery.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by product leadership as needed.


  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field (Required)
  • Work Experience:
  • 7-10 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. (Required)
  • 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $103,100 - $186,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
