We're looking for a talented and proactive Associate Account Director to join our team and take a pivotal role in managing client relationships and executing marketing strategies. Job Summary:The Associate Account Director plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills to ensure the agency's creative solutions align with client objectives. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.2. Strategic Planning & ExecutionCollaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans.Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to elevate client projects.3. Team Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor account teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.Manage workload and delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely project delivery.4. Financial ManagementDevelop and manage budgets for client accounts, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency.Monitor project expenses and provide regular financial updates to clients and leadership.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.5. Business DevelopmentContribute to the growth of existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and presenting innovative solutions.Support the Account Director in pitching to new clients and preparing proposals.Stay informed about industry trends and client competitors to provide actionable insights. Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.6+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful campaignsFood service experience strongly preferred Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.Proficient in project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Financial acumen with experience in budget management.PLEASE NOTE: Acxion Foodservice Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or add to the duties and essential functions at any time.
