We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.
We are hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician to support our gated retirement community. This position is responsible for the performance of scheduled comprehensive preventive maintenance procedures of residential and public area heat pumps.
Compensation: $23.21 - $29.00 per hour
Payrate commensurate with experience
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
How you will make an impact:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial/residential HVAC Equipment and building assets including, but not limited to- MAU’S, PTAC’S, RTU’S, Ceiling Cassette Units, Boilers, Commercial Hot Water Heaters, Water Pumps, Mixing Valves, Water Source Heat Pumps, Aquatherm, Furnaces: Following PM/Manufacture guidelines.
- Complete all issued work orders in a timely manner, including necessary repairs, providing detailed information regarding task(s) performed and any pertinent information needed.
- Responsible for maintaining the proper levels of materials/supplies needed to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary task.
- Perform additional duties requested by the Supervisor, Senior Facility Manager, Maintenance Mangers to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the community.

What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of HVAC maintenance. Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
