Senior Director Supply Chain & PlanningTruFood Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic leader and change agent to join our leadership team to lead the Supply Chain team for a nationwide network consisting of seven plants from New York to California. This role is critical for formal implementation and driving excellence in S&OP processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to meet customer needs. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our supply chain strategy to include capacity planning, production scheduling, warehousing, inventory, and procurement activities.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain processes network-wide, ensuring they align with the company s objectives.Own and coordinate the Demand-led meetings as part of the monthly S&OP processes.Develop and maintain accurate capacity and demand planning modelsOversee the supply chain functions to include Planning, Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Procurement.Drive the consolidation to a single ERP system for supply chain functions from two legacy systems currently in place.Collaborate with the R&D, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure the seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process and Supply Chain.Lead, mentor, and develop individuals and high-performance teams to achieve organizational goals.Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of service and collaboration.Collaborate with manufacturing to align production schedules with supply chain capabilitiesImplement inventory control measures to minimize costs and prevent shortages or excessesQualifications & CompetenciesBachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred) or equivalent of 10 years of relevant experienceExperience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership roleDemonstrated success in leading and optimizing S&OP processesHigh degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain softwareExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong cross-functional leadership capability and able to influence a wide spectrum of stakeholdersAPICS certification in CPIM or CIRM is a plus
