We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role: Under the general supervision of the Director of Cardiopulmonary, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care to include basic respiratory care, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, arterial blood gas, electrocardiograms. You will demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team. You will have accountability for delivering quality respiratory services and for promoting a positive image of the department. You will abide by all rules, directives, policies, and procedures, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.What qualifications you will need:Currently enrolled and has completed at least 6 months in AMA approved Respiratory Therapy program concurrent with clinical phase of education.BLS with AHA or American Red Cross required1 year of experience is a hospital setting is preferred.Current BLS Certification is required HCA Houston Healthcare West is a full-service, 300+ bed hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the West Houston communities for over 30 years.
