What You'll Do

As a Creative Senior Manager in the regional Design Studios team, you will be a creative leader, driving quality enhancement across all creative verticals. You will bring design inspiration and thought leadership to the Design, Digital, Content, and Video verticals, setting the long-term vision and strategies, and driving delivery of innovative, high-caliber solutions for all engagements. You will develop and implement design guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion, while leading brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas with both consultant teams and DS teams.In partnership with the regional Design Studios Director, you will develop and deliver our design strategy service offering, helping to drive innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team. You will develop an understanding of our current client engagements, including products, services, the target audience, and competitors' activities, and will design clear, persuasive, original solutions. You will also keep up with design industry trends, monitoring the effectiveness of current campaigns and proactively suggesting ideas to further current engagements.In addition, you will partner with internal clients (e.g., client service teams) and Global DS to provide cutting-edge, innovative solutions for our communication with clients and internally.

What You'll Bring

•    You have a bachelor's degree or similar in graphics and web content design or a related field (design school preferred).•    You have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment or a design start-up or agency.•    You've gained strong management experience in design/creative teams.•    You possess strong conceptual and design skills and are experienced in improving the conceptual, technical, and creative performance of teams.•    Your strong creative and problem-solving abilities enable you to supplement project teams.•    You excel at establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.•    You've gained experience working in a collaborative design environment; experience working with global teams is a plus.•    You have robust B2B experience and deep business language knowledge.•    You have proven client-facing experience, along with persuasive and dynamic presentation skills.•    You have a demonstrated ability to understand and apply principles of visual organization, composition, information, hierarchy, symbolic representation, typography, aesthetics, and the construction of meaningful designs.•    You have excellent English language skills; other languages requested in certain locations.

As part of Global Design Studios (GDS), you will collaborate with global designers and colleagues across BCG to bring design expertise and capabilities to clients as well as internal teams. GDS comprises a diverse group of talented design professionals across video, content, digital design, etc., all of which work collaboratively to deliver the most cutting-edge design solutions.
