We are looking for a Product Manager – Merchandising Systems to join us in advancing the industry forward.Responsibilities· Serve as the Primary System Owner & Administrator for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Platform· Create and maintain SOP documentation for PLM Merchandising processes· Manage PLM and Merchandising roadmap, ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed through development efforts· Own all administrative functions of the PLM system, ensuring it stays in-sync with downstream systems· Coordinate with stakeholders in Merchandising to ensure integration between systems is in accordance with our item setup process and is up to date with all changes· Communicate system issues in a timely manner to necessary business units· Coordinate with 3rd party software providers for active issues resolution and feature development roadmaps· Provide post-mortem analysis of any issues requiring a change in existing integration or mapping structures· Focus on developing feature enhancements and automations within these applications for the following departmentso Product Development (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Importing)o Merchandising· Work closely with internal development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated and understood· Draft detail product specifications and business requirements using an Agile approach, executed through standard Scrum board· Perform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testing· Build reporting and alerting processes within necessary applications· Help design, document, and maintain system processes· Communicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solve· Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the product users and customers· Identify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently, and when to leverage development resourcesDesired Relative Experience· Extensive hands-on experience with PLM software· Experience with NetSuite ERP· Familiar with Roles and Responsibilities and Time and Action Tracking within a PLM· Extensive understanding of the Product lifecycle· Basic understanding of Wholesale system requirements such as EDI· A functional understanding of related data table structures· Familiar with IPaaS tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Celigo· Familiar with SDLC procedures· General understanding of best practices and business process Product Merchandising· Experience in Project Management for back-office softwareRequirements· Bachelor’s Degree· 2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Product Manager for business systems· 2 – 3 Years’ experience working on integration and mapping projects· 2+ Years previous experience as a systems administrator or analyst· Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experience· Extensive experience with SaaS platforms· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills$155,000 - $175,000 a yearBenefits and Culture· 100% Company Paid Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) · Kind Body Fertility Benefits · 401(k) savings plan with up to 4% match · Unlimited PTO · Full Access to LinkedIn learning · Employee Discounts Perks (HQ Location)· Free weekly catered lunch at HQ – M/W/Th · Dog-Friendly office · Free Swag Giveaways · Annual Holiday Party · Annual Summer Party · Invitations to pop-ups and other company events · Complimentary daily office snacks and beverages SKIMS is committed to continuously creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates, reflective of the rich diversity of the communities we serve.
