Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - Cleveland, TN
Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner who desires a smaller practice off the beaten path to grow and build relationships with patients and the community to join our healthcare team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform assessment, by obtaining patient medical and social histories, and by performing diagnostic testing and taking vital signs.
• Evaluate signs and symptoms of patient
• Refer patients to physicians or other health care providers and facilities as needed and monitor outcome of the referral.
• Consult and collaborate with other professionals as needed.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Qualification/Experience:
• Master's Degree as NP or Must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner educational program
• Minimum 5 years cardiac experience as Nurse Practitioner
Licenses/Certifications:
• Current State TN Nurse Practitioner License
• Active DEA License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
