Work closely with Research and Development teams to support data migration needs and ensure data integrity. Develop and maintain data models to support business processes and decision-making. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards throughout the migration process. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate data migration risks. Provide training and support to team members on data migration best practices and tools. Monitor and report on the progress of data migration projects to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data migration efficiency. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align data migration efforts with organizational goals. Ensure that all data migration activities are completed on time and within budget. Role Qualifications: Possess extensive experience in SAP Data Services and SAP S/4H Data Migration. Demonstrate strong expertise in developing and implementing data migration strategies.
