- Responding to Requests for Evidence.

Profile
- JD or LLM
- Admission to a US State Bar
- Experience with EB-1 A/B, NIW, NIV, RFE business immigration matters
- Experience responding to RFEs
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
