Volt is immediately hiring for 2nd  & 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians in Fresno, Ca.  $28.00-$32.00 per hour

 

As an Maintenance Technician you will:

  • Execute maintenance activities to ensure productivity and wash quality.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Read and interpret manuals and work orders.
  • Diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment functionality.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment, comply with safety regulations, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Develop and implement maintenance processes, manage spare part inventory, and support production needs.
  • Communicate with other departments and support new machinery introductions.
 

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma/GED required; craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience with skills in electric, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance.
  • PLC programming experience preferred; Associates' degree in related fields is a plus.
  • Strong technical capacity, ethical conduct, communication proficiency, results-driven approach, and leadership skills.
 

Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00 hour

2nd shift: 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm; 3rd shift: 9:00 pm to 5:30 am; (flexibility based on business needs)  if seeking $32.00hr must have own tools.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
