Learn more at www.adm.comPosition Summary:The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management..Key Responsibilities:Provide deep SAP functional & technical expertise in QM functional area, as well as in key integration points across SAP modules and technical components.Participate in end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.Document fit/gap analysis and key design decisions; ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value propositionComplete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process areaPartner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunitiesDevelop and maintain professional relationships with all ADM business units and IT teams while providing support for business intelligence applications.Maintain close collaboration and perform periodic reviews with RPL, Product Owners and Process OwnersTravel to sites to support users in accomplishing project activitiesConduct system demonstrations, trainings and provide job-aid documentation to enhance business capabilitiesEstablish and nurture vendor relationshipsDeliver recommendations for application improvement as discoveredPartner and collaborate with other teams to deliver a holistic IT Service Management program with a coordinated set of continuous improvement initiatives.Assign work - Balance the task assignment across the teamKeep the program increments and phases on schedule.Adjust priorities and resources as requiredPoint of escalation for blockers and barriers , PoC for cross workstream collaborations
Complement team members through support calls, root cause analysis and mentor junior team membersInterview consulting and new hire Solutions Analyst candidatesCoach, mentor QM team membersDevelop team members skills in all aspects of solution deliverySupervise activities of consultants and team membersForecast QM resource capacity needs .Standard Job Requirements:5-7 years' experience in one or more SAP modules; Experience with S/4HANA highly preferred.Knowledge of SAP solutions covering Quality Management processes : Audit Management, Quality Notifications, Quality Planning, Quality Inspections, Inspection Lots, Batch Management, Quality Control, Quality Certificates, SerializationExperience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, Production/ManufacturingMinimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deploymentsExhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independentlyStrong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing informationAbility to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilitiesInteract and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner; willingness and effectiveness in challenging the status-quo.Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolutionExpected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlinesAbility and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectivesEducational Requirements:4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or another related degree of studyKnowledge of developing and managing continuous improvement programsExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
