  • Track progress across a range of products, ensuring visibility and oversight to adapt project scope and resources as needed.
  • Distill and communicate technical concepts to a variety of collaborators, with the right depth and clarity to drive key decisions and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Develop sufficient technical expertise to collaborate with engineers & researchers in order to move projects forward.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional teams to ensure product success, guiding and motivating teams to deliver results.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers and understand the different perspectives and requirements each brings into the product definition.

Your Experience
  • Master's, Bachelor's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other science-based field; equivalent applicable industry experience may also be considered.
  • 7+ years of technical product management experience in development and delivery of software products, including 2+ years of research or product incubation experience.
  • Experience in management consulting, particularly around product strategy is a plus.
  • Strong technical background with track record of ramping up in new areas quickly and effectively.
  • Consistent ability to bring clarity in ambiguous circumstances, making thoughtful trade-offs (time vs. effort vs. features), as well as knowing when more data is needed to make the right decision.
  • Record of developing and maintaining successful collaborations across teams and partners.
  • Experience leading science and engineering discussions and driving the team and leadership toward decisions that achieve business goals.
