What We Require

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school.
  • Residency and Fellowship: Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology.
  • Licensure: Current MD or DO license in Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility: Board certified or board eligible
