Job DescriptionExperience Required: 0 to 6 monthsExperience Desired: Working towards a high school diploma; Retail or grocery experienceEducation Desired: No High School diploma requiredLifting Requirement: Up to 50 poundsAge Requirement: At least 16 years of ageJob ResponsibilitiesDisplay a passion about shopping for others (shop as though you are shopping for someone you love) and understand the store and vast array of product offerings. Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products. Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests. Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders. Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders. Provide assistance with online grocery customers via the phone and in-person. Inspire your fellow Team Members and our guests with a willingness to go the 'Extra Mile' to provide the best serviceDemonstrate proficiency and efficient use of technology, including the InternetAccurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
