Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and implementing inventory control procedures. Perform inventory counts and conduct investigations to identify and eliminate problems found. Will also support and back up schedulers.

A Day In The Life
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in SAP.
  • Set up a schedule for regular cycle counts.
  • Implement and maintain a filing system of the facts, discrepancies, and issues identified during the inventory counting process to maintain accurate records that can easily be retrieved.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods, transfers and returns.
  • Research, reconcile and record inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with physical inventory preparation.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to maintain forecast sheets.
  • Support and back up schedulers as needed.
  • Any other duties that are assigned.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • At least 2 years SAP experience in MRP, planning and purchasing module preferred.
  • Critical Thinking using logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Associates Degree, preferred.

**Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. The salary range for this role is $52,400-$65,600 per year. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
