Kumo Intelligent Tooling organization is seeking an experienced engineer to join our team and help deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that empower AWS customers and support teams. As part of this dynamic organization, you will contribute directly to enhancing the customer experience by developing innovative products and platforms that intelligently anticipate and resolve complex AWS needs.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Your projects will span the entire lifecycle, from inception to deployment, as you help drive the continuous evolution of Kumo's technology to meet the evolving needs of AWS customers.Additionally, you will be working on cutting-edge technology for generative AI (GenAI) projects to solve complex customer problems. Design and develop robust, scalable solutions built on native AWS technologies to streamline cloud adoption, optimization, and operations for customers of all sizes.2. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including product managers and UX designers, to deeply understand customer pain points and translate them into innovative product features.3. Drive projects from ideation to delivery, demonstrating strong ownership and a commitment to quality.4. Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, as well as advancements in generative AI, to ensure Kumo's offerings remain at the forefront of innovation.5. Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.6. Work closely with product managers, software development managers, and UX designers/researchers to identify customer needs and translate them into impactful product features.7. Collaborate with and mentor junior members of the engineering team to share knowledge and best practices.8. As an experienced engineer, contribute to the design and development of large-scale, customer-impacting, and long-term architecture initiatives.9. Define and solve complex problems to preserve the customer promise of safety, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.10.
