Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining tact, maturity and a positive attitude. Initiative and judgment required in assuming responsibilities. Performs CT procedures. What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateRegistered Radiographer (ARRT)Bachelors Degree, or Vocational School Graduate, or Associate DegreeCertified Medical Radiologic Technologist, or State Registered Radiologic Technician Requires 1 year of CT experience. All seasonal employees are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period (August 25th - April 5th). Three (3) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period. During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee). Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need. Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital.Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for benefits, except 401(k) and retirement contribution per the PRN policy. Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses. Shifts may vary based on the needs of the department. Current FT/PT/PRN employees are not eligible to join the Seasonal program for 2024-2025. Current employees of HWS are not eligible for the seasonal program. HCA Healthcare has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
