Loadout Coordinator

General PurposeExpedite cooler and load out activities to ensure finished product is loaded correctly and meets customer order and delivery requirements. Receive incoming finished goods and make inventory adjustments in appropriate system(s). Job Duties and ResponsibilitIesCoordinate load out activity ensuring that customer orders are loaded in sequence to meet customer order requirementsPrint and assemble picking slips in loading sequence for cooler or warehouse employees; prepare ship/confirm and process picking documents. May select and assign customer or branch orders by truck or routeProvide delivery drivers and employees necessary loading procedures and load diagrams to ensure accurate loading of finished productsEnter and/or change internal or external orders into the appropriate system so all product sales leaving the cooler or warehouse is on a computerized load out ticketCoordinate with distribution to resolve customer complaints, special deliveries, and/or order adjustmentsMay assist leads in directing spotters or yard employees to move trucks or trailers to expedite unload and load processes to meet delivery schedulesMay receive all in-coming finished goods. May load items into the system to ensure timely and accurate inventory counts in order to minimize shortages and out of stocks. May enter all inventory adjustments (dumps, out-of-code product, reprocess milk, etc.) in order to confirm inventory is reflected properlyMay perform system file maintenance such as new product setup, sequencing, and obsoleting discontinued productThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
