We are looking for a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist PRN like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsUltrasound Technologist / SonographerOur Imaging Teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. We are currently accepting applications for an Ultrasound Technologist on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis. As our new Ultrasound Technologist or Sonographer, you will perform routine diagnostic sonographic procedures in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner. We prioritize patient care. If you are dedicated to caring for others, this could be your next opportunity.Your tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating proceduresObtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic imagesMaintain proactive and effective communication with patient and radiologist regarding any findings, patient histories and test results as appropriateWhat qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateDiagnostic Medical SonographerAssociate DegreeSince 1957, HCA Florida Citrus Hospital has grown from a single community hospital into a regional powerhouse with over 200 licensed beds.
