They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise.Education Qualifications:Dermatology APP Detroit Lakes, MNWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to contribute to the provision of high-quality dermatological care. Essentia Health is committed to providing dermatology services in the communities we serve.Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner candidates are welcome to apply. Preferred candidates will have two (2) years of dermatology practice experience.0.8-1.0 FTE, Full-Time Status3-4 days per week in Detroit Lakes ClinicOptional outreach to Park Rapids Hwy 34 Clinic 1 day per weekMon-Fri between 8a-5p18-20 adult & pediatric patients per dayProcedures vary per day100% outpatient practice; no call or inpatient roundingThe Advanced Practice Provider utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The APP will provide health care to individuals, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
