Here, you will make an impact by:· Leading and supporting investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances.· Participating in rebranding activities at the plant.· Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.· Being a critical team member in service execution.· Working with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science related field or higherORHigh School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience within a quality manufacturing environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:· Experience working in a manufacturing facility.· Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.· Root cause investigation and CAPA experience.· Team and/or project leadership experience.· Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity.Work location:· Onsite: Brookings, SDTravel: May include up to 5% domestic travelRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
