Otolaryngologist- ENT MD/DO

Focused exclusively on upper airway solutions, our providers treat the most common breathing, sleep and snoring diagnoses that impact patients' quality of life.

The physicians are supported by a collaborative team of PAs and other clinical and administrative personnel who take on much of the initial patient burden, allowing the physicians to practice at top of license. • Staff oversees the initial patient intake, histories, and in-office scan • Patient is scheduled with the physician, generally same-day or next-day • ENT reviews scan and builds treatment plan or reviews recommendation from APP • Scheduler and other support staff oversee pre-auths, orders, etc. • 55-60% of patients qualify for an in-office procedure. Those who don't require a procedure may be treated with nasal sprays, oral appliances, CPAP, etc.

Schedule
• Office Hours: M-F, 8am-5:30pm, with flexibility for 4- or 5-day work week
• Procedures take 15-20 minutes - highly efficient staff, process o On day of procedure, PA will see patient first + initiate 30 minute numbing process. Physician will perform procedure, supported by PA and an MA (monitoring vitals, etc.) o Post-op follow-up takes place at 1, 2, 3 and 6 weeks, and visits are seen by physician or PA.
• Full time/part time opportunities available
• No nights, weekends (PAs cover Saturdays), holidays or call - no ER/hospital call ever
• Emergencies: PA takes first call, MD may take minor calls by phone (rare)
