Clinical Social Worker II MSW LICSW NDD/Autism/Psych

We are seeking a full time experienced social worker to support our NDD (Neurodevelopmental Delay)/Autism/Psych patients and their families, at our Brookline, MA location. This is a leadership role within an inter-disciplinary team focused on program development initiativesThis NDD/Autism/Psych Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:Providing individual, family and group psychotherapy to affected individuals and their familiesProviding comprehensive case management services, including coordination of care among various healthcare providersOffering psychosocial support and resources to families, reducing caregiver stress and improving overall family well-beingFacilitating access to community resources, educational support, and ancillary services such as special education and occupational therapyEnhancing the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary team by ensuring that social determinants of health are addressed as part of the treatment planSupporting training and education initiatives enterprise wise by providing insights into the social aspects of care for children with NDDsTo qualify, you must have:Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required.Minimum of two years of Social Work experience required, experience with NDD/Autism/Psych patients highly preferredFlexibility and ability to work independently within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment as well as excellent communication, leadership and consultation skills.
