We are looking for a dedicated Sonographer PRN like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe diagnostic sonographer is a skilled person qualified by academic and clinical training to provide patient services using diagnostic ultrasound under the supervision of a physician responsible for the use and interpretation of ultrasound procedures. The sonographer may be involved with the patients of the physicians in any medical setting of which the physician is responsible.What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateDiagnostic Medical SonographerAssociate Degree in Ultrasound requiredOne year experience or training in diagnostic ultrasound in at least two specialty areas, examples; abdomen and OB/GYN - PreferredExperience with available Ultrasound equipment in terms of product evolution, trouble shooting and quality control PreferredRegistered Vascular Technician (RVT), or Vascular Sonography, or Registered Vascular Specialist must be obtained within 1 year of employment start dateHCA Florida Capital Hospital is your one-stop solution for all your healthcare needs.
