Hands-on baking experience from the US baking, baking ingredient, or flour milling industry is essential.Well fit professionals with practical work experience / education in baking will be consideredExperience in enzymes is a clear asset, but not required.A degree in Food Technology or related disciplines in a relevant industry connected to baking would be beneficial.Preferably 2-5 years of work experience in baking industry.Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to details.A creative, innovative and passion for baking.Fluency in written and spoken English skills.
