STATUS: Full-Time LOCATION: Victor Medical Campus DEPARTMENT: RadiologySCHEDULE: Monday-Wednesday 730a-8p and every Saturday 9a-1p ATTRIBUTESRadiologic Technologist experience preferredExcellent patient service skillsCritical thinking skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervisionExceptional documentation/computer skills and professional behaviorRESPONSIBILITIESPatient Care. Perform radiography of patients in all assigned areas; maintain accountability for timely and proper service to patients during unsupervised shifts; provide on-call coverage for the Diagnostic Section of Radiology; provide excellent patient service General Maintenance. Clean, restock and prepare rooms on a daily basisDocumentation. Ensure concise, and complete documentation of patient exams and related procedures, utilizing the RIS/PACS and in-patient charts as necessaryDesired Attributes:• BLS Certification preferred.Minimum Qualifications:• 2 years college certificate or equivalent• Radiologic Technologist experience preferred. Required Licensure/Certification Skills:• NYS license in Radiologic Technology required OR must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.• If licensed after 2007 must obtain American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT) within 1 year of hire.Rochester General Health System is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer. PAY RANGE:$28.25 - $37.00CITY:VictorPOSTAL CODE:14564The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
