But, we leave it up to you to shape our future and your career aspirations.As the Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and assessing teams across functions in our factory on their Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma activities. You will dive into our data to help us identify opportunities to improve our performance and processes. In addition, you will be a leader among our teams while performing traditional industrial performance and engineering responsibilities.Primary Responsibilities:Gather data and analyze reports, including stoppage analysis and other production line dataResponsible for managing industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestl Manufacturing performance metricsProvide Continuous improvement project support and leadership, including the delegated supervision of employees allocated to those assignmentsSupport Nestle Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world-class manufacturingWork with leadership across the factory to support all manufacturing excellence activitiesRequirementsBachelor s degree and 2+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment- OR -High school diploma with 5+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environmentTheapproximate payrange for this position is $61,000 to $98,000.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
