6 PM - 6 AM - Every other weekendGENERAL PURPOSEMonitor the heating, cooling, compression, and water systems within the plant while following safety and environment regulations while accomplishing assigned work.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Perform daily boiler operation and maintains related equipment· Monitor refrigeration, air compressors, Ph of the sewer system· Document and reads meters; gas, sewer, electric and water to ensure accurate reporting to agencies· Complete weekly and monthly inspections of the facility and of various equipment· Notify the maintenance department if and when repairs are needed, may assist in the repair work as required· Document all necessary records/paperwork to ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met· Perform annual cleaning and inspection of boilers· Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues· Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
