The network provides comprehensive care to an eight-county region, covering 5,600 square miles, and includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields.Community Highlights- Vibrant and sophisticated upstate community- Set in a bucolic lakefront village- Offers four seasons of cultural and outdoor activity- Features an unparalleled and well-appointed community sports centerJob Description & Responsibilities- Join an established group of 3 Otolaryngologists and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC)- Otolaryngology services include otology, laryngology, facial plastic surgery, sinus surgery, and head and neck surgery- Call schedule: No more than 1:4- Advance/Sign-on Bonus during Residency or Fellowship- RVU-based bonuses- Full support staff with dedicated clinic space- Work at a 180-bed primary hospital with a Level III Trauma Center- Instant referral base provided by over 100 Primary Care CliniciansCompensation and Benefits- Salary Range: $400,000 - $476,675 (Based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation)- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off, including vacations and holidays- Life insurance and disability protection- Paid malpractice- Retirement plan- CME time and money- Moving allowanceVisa Sponsorship- H-1B and J-1 Visa support availableJob Qualifications- MD, DO, or MBBS- Board Eligible or Board Certified- NYS Licensure- BLS Certification Required- DEA Required
