Some weekend work required. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate process flow and scheduling for the shipping and receiving area. Demonstrate knowledge and skills of all jobs within the department. Coach and mentor shipping and receiving employees. Ensure required paperwork is completed for pre and post shift activities. Ensure team members follow GMP/QA, sanitation and procedures. Make recommendations or improvements to the Shipping Supervisor. Notate process irregularities and communicate with team members to correct problems. Ensure proper rotation of product is loaded using FIFO system. Ensure compliance for loading and replenishment of partial pallets. Responsible for ensuring trucks and trailers are loaded accurately per order requests. Safely utilize yard mule for transportation of raw materials. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required. Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities. Invest in and is an example of Milo's Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Three years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicants must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic mathematical functions.
