We have been ranked #1 for Market Impact by Everest Group for four times in a row and ranked #1 for completeness of vision, test advisory and Digital Business Assurance in Gartner Magic Quadrant Manhattan WMS and Automation Test Lead (Onsite) Onsite Location : Phoenix, AZ; OR Memphis, TN Qualifications · 10+ years of overall testing experience with ~3+ years in retail domain · Selenium, Manhattan WMS, Java, Jenkins, Test NG (Mandatory skills) · Desired Skills: API Testing, Jira · Must have 2+ years Manhattan WMOS experience · Must have knowledge of retail logistics flow such as Inbound, Outbound flows including Cycle count, Receiving process etc. · Must have automation experience in Selenium/JAVA · Good understanding of SQL queries · Good to have working experience in SoapUI / Postman · Should be able to lead the team of functional and automation · Should be able to work with business teams and project stakeholders for project related activities · Good communication skills · Strong experience with System integration testing with upstream and downstream systems Roles and Responsibilities Define Test Strategy for Manhattan WMS Testing Should be able to lead a team of different vendors who works on WMS projects Excellent client communications skills Define automation strategy and able to setup automation framework Strong hands on experience with Java, Selenium, Test NG and Jenkins and Allure reports Prepare functional and integration test cases based on user stories Perform Manhattan WMS Testing for Inventory, Inbound and Outbound modules Should be able to coordinate with different vendors and customers on deliverables Communicate the status reporting well and raise the risk upfront Proactively plan the testing tasks and call out dependencies Perform estimation for testing user stories in Agile project Work Authorization Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: - Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance - Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off - 401(k) plan and contributions - Long-term/Short-term Disability - Paid Parental Leave - Employee Stock Purchase Plan #LI-SI2
