Responsibilities: Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within MindpathSupporting patients through assessments of their current mental stateIdentify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatmentCollaborate when necessary for best patient care and experienceMust be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD.
