Maintenance Supervisor-2nd Shift

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor-2nd Shift for a food manufacturing company in Northern Cincinnati.Salary-$75k-90k+10% bonusRelocation is provided to the area.Responsibilities:Lead, train, mentor, and provide guidance to hourly maintenance employees.Schedule and counsel team members while fostering a respectful and motivating work environment.Communicate effectively with the team, resolving issues promptly and escalating to the Maintenance Manager as necessary.Support technicians in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and process control software issues.Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of production machines and plant equipment.Plan and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring timely completion.Oversee equipment installations, including alignment, leveling, and utility connections (air, water, gas).Manage outside contractors for machinery and equipment repairs.Maintain detailed maintenance records, including history logs, parts replacement, and equipment used.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Promote and maintain a safe and positive working environment.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent certification (AAS in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred).Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, PLC, and HVAC systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good math skills and attention to detail.Organized, dependable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.Professional attitude and appearance, with the ability to foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed.
