Employment Status: Full-Time
Duration: Year-Round (12 months), Monday - Friday
Location: 308 S Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos, CA 92078
Pay Rate: $17- $20/ hr (DOE)

Job Description:
As an Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for the coordination of classroom operations, including the implementation of our proprietary curriculum. Our curriculum is literacy-based and structured, but also purposefully flexible. Teachers are encouraged to be creative and intentional when developing activities, you’ll have the professional freedom to ensure instructional decisions are based on student's interests and needs. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community.
Employment Qualifications:
Some Units in Early Childhood Education or willing to get your ECE units immediately.
Often carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less ( 25%-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds (10-25%)
High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience with children.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position is regularly required to hear and use clear vision with or without correction.
