Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years' relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership is required.CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certified or APICS certification, preferred.Capability to synthesize data from multiple resources to build actionable recommendations.Strong critical thinking and problem solving, works well under pressure.Ability to negotiate, required.Demonstrated experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.Ability to communicate and present information clearly and effectively with peers and executive leadership, via written and/or verbal communication.Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.Requires travel, up to 25% of the time.
