These associates are responsible for producing quality products and meeting all company goals. This position involves repetitive movement and constant standing and moving for 10 hours. We are looking for 1st shift: 5:30AM - 3:30PM. Monday through Friday. This is a 10 hour shift and Saturdays when needed and is mandatory. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Our benefits include: Immediate availability for medical, dental, and vision insurance 10 vacation days and 7 personal days per year.12 Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Employee discount Main Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Environmental cleaning (trash collection and removal, facilities cleaning, etc)Washroom cleaning activitiesEquipment cleaning (machines, drains, etc)Expected to work safely, and efficientlyWork any assignment as directed by lead/supervisorParticipate in on-going training to enhance knowledge and skills.Responsible to uphold and maintain the food safety and quality systemsMonitor compliance of environmental regulations and provide guidance with compliance of regulatory audits.Who we are looking for:Education or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED, REQUIREDUnderstanding of basic arithmetic, reading level to understand instructions, policies, and procedures.PhysicalLifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing for extended periods, frequently repeated manual tasks.How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
