Apply today for our Case Management RN PRN opening and continue to learnJob Summary and QualificationsUnder the supervision of the Nurse Manager, performs the primary function of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Advanced Wound Care Center. Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities. Is cross-trained to cover in HBO. Fulfills departmental responsibilities with the long range plan, mission, vision, and values of the hospital. Promotes a supportive environment that encourages teamwork.Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.Current RN licensure with the Tennessee State Board of NursingMinimum of 2 years med-surg experience. Wound Care experience preferred. TriStar Centennial Medical Center is a 740+ bed comprehensive facility. We offer medical and surgical programs. These include behavioral health and 24-hour emergency.
