The Bartenders and Servers at Saint Croix National Golf are the face of the new clubhouse and Restaurant, The Grounds. With a commitment to excellence and consistent execution you will be responsible for the highest customer satisfaction as we dramatically expands its food and beverage programs with the expectation of growing sales to the $2M mark in the coming years.

At the core of the expectations for this role are a solid foundation in bartending and serving skills - including in the area of elevated customer satisfaction, professionalism and consistency with a commitment to safety.

The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience bartending/serving, enjoys a multiple jobs including serving, bartending. Must love helping fellow team members in all areas when necessary with the ability to multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, and strong customer service and POS skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
