We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Director for our CVICU and Pediatric Cardiology Care to lead our dedicated staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

As the Nursing Director of CVICU / Cardiac Care, you will oversee all operations of the unit, ensuring that our patients receive outstanding care while fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for staff management, budget oversight, and quality improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing?
- Lead and mentor nursing staff in the CVICU.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement patient care policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources efficiently.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Candidates who will earn fast interviews will have:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). ( Please brag if you have taken the time to obtain an MSN or other degrees ) 
- Previous experience in pediatric or cardiac nursing is ideal. 
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Current nursing license in Texas or eligibility/willingness to obtain licensure.
